Starting with 8 people in a room, now with over 3500 in the UK and IRE. BlackRock’s strongest asset? Their people. However, BlackRock’s internal events team were thrown in at the deep-end, to host their first ever annual team day, entirely online. Pressure was on to create a pack that lifted spirits and built that team connection for every attendee. So we set to work.

Selecting a high-quality item was first on the list, a reusable double walled bottle meant that hot day or cold the team were ready. With striking engraving into the bamboo, the great memories of this different type of team day would continue.

Next up? What’s a team event without a t-shirt! Bringing everyone together was a must, so seeing people from all areas of the globe in the same kit, was a great choice. Smiles and selfies all round!

The delivery was wrapped in classic BlackRock style, with a contrasting label, building the suspense as the event day approached. A final touch of a fabulous cocktail kit, meant that everyone could raise a glass together in style. Cheers team BlackRock!
